A Chartered Accountant with a distinguished background in private equity, tax planning, and deal structuring, Chetan drives SPR India’s financial strategy and day-to-day operations. Surabhi Kawad is a next-generation leader at SPR Constructions, bringing global perspective and strategic insight to the organization. She joined SPR in 2018 after working at Ernst & Young (EY) in Risk Advisory, specializing in internal audit and governance frameworks. An MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business, she combines analytical rigor with forward-thinking leadership to expand SPR’s portfolio through landmark, future-ready developments. Deeply committed to the company’s legacy, Surabhi plays a key role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening operational excellence, and shaping SPR Constructions’ long-term strategic vision.
