• THE 42

This skyscraper is located in Kolkata, India. It was proposed in 2008 & completed in 2019. The height of this marvel is 260 meters with 64 storeys and currently, holds the record for the tallest residential apartment in India. ‘The 42’ is an excellent example of how something grand can be designed with simplicity and elegance. Keeping the vastness of the number of residents that it can accommodate; the first four floors are reserved for parking. It derives its name from its street address at which it is situated, No. 42B. 

• URBANA TOWER 2

The Urbana Tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in the eastern part of India (Kolkata). Urbana has seven tall towers to its name & Tower 2 is tallest among them, two more towers are proposed for construction. The height of this giant residential tower is 168 meters & it has 46 storeys in it. The tower is eco-friendly; all the waste-water from the building is recycled for gardening and washing purposes. Apart from this, temperature-controlled indoor pools, deluxe spa and other amenities are available for entertainment.

NORTH

• VICTORY VALLEY TOWER A

This skyscraper is a residential property and is located in Gurgaon Sec -67. The construction started in 2011, and the occupancy for the same started in 2015. This tower is 178 meters tall with 51 storeys in it. Victory Valley has 2BHK, 3BHK, and 4BHK apartments. This tower has a floor plan that is designed to have 100 palm trees. • THE AHUJA TOWERS

The Ahuja towers are known for their sleek & unorthodox design. This tower looks no lesser than a star hotel. This tower is residential space and was constructed in 2015 in Mumbai. This tower stands tall at 248 meters height with 54 stories. Substantial common areas are available with club and lifestyle amenities.
